Over the course of 14 months the Coalition surveyed 1,021 Sikhs to produce the data that is at the heart of our report "Making Our Voices Heard."

Here volunteers gather before a "survey day" at the Baba Makhan Shah Lubana gurdwara in Richmond Hill, Queens. 21 Coalition volunteers conducted 18 survey days in gurdwaras throughout New York City. Though the survey days were long, the sewadars here are probably smiling because it's only the beginning of the day.
