Tax Information
The Sikh Coalition is non-profit community-based organization that works towards the realization of civil and human rights for all people. In particular, we work towards a world where Sikhs may freely practice and enjoy their faith while fostering strong relations with their local community wherever they may be.
We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Serve as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations. All donations to the Sikh Coalition are therefore tax-deductible. Our tax id number is 22-3834037.
IRS form 990 is a critical disclosure for nonprofits with budgets over $25,000. It allows the IRS and public to evaluate nonprofits and how they operate.
There are many ways to donate to the Sikh Coalition. Donors may provide monetary donations, in-kind donations or gifts of stock.
