From the very inception of the Sikh Coalition, we have endeavored to build a Sikh organization, which exceeds the highest standards of competence and professionalism. The Sikh Coalition strives to become a leader among American civil rights organizations.


The Sikh Coalition is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (501(c)(3) certificate). with tax ID #22-3834037; all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Coalition is committed to full financial transparency.

Most of the Sikh Coalition’s funding comes from generous donations from individual donations from the community.  The Sikh Coalition relies on your financial support to sustain its initiatives and broaden its services.  To donate to the Sikh Coalition, please click here


In addition, each year the Sikh Coalition proudly receives multiple competitive grants from private, non-Sikh foundations, including Open Society Foundations, the Proteus Fund, New York Foundation, and Asian American & Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy. Receipt of these grants is a result of the Coalition’s sound financial practices and consistency in delivering results.
