What does systematic change entail? What are the tasks, explained in numbers, that create change in society's rules.
To offer an answer, the Sikh Coalition is providing unprecedented visibility into the
successful and historic effort to create a new Chancellor's Regulation to define, track, and prevent bias-based harassment for 1.1 million students in New York City schools.
While we can not capture all work that went into creating this historic Regulation, we hope this chart conveys that
change requires sustained support and action by community and community organizations .
