Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

Today, the Sikh Coalition announces its 2008 Year-End Fundraising Campaign. Our goal is to raise $250,000 by the year's end. This amount is ambitious but necessary because securing our liberties remains a top priority for America's Sikhs. For the Coalition to create robust offices across the country, hire exceptional staff and maintain fiscal health, your dasvandh is necessary.

The average online donation is $40. What can you give?

This year was filled with great strides forward. Government is more attuned to Sikh needs. Schools are more aware of our children's struggles. Businesses and corporations are more accepting of the Sikh identity. Despite these advances, there is still much work to do in the coming year.

Your dasvandh is necessary. We can work together to secure a better future for our children and grandchildren. Your contribution will go towards securing our rights at the workplace, at the airport, and with law enforcement, from California to New York, from Florida to Houston, and Seattle to Chicago. Make a difference with your tax deductible donation today. The impact we make in 2009, depends on the amount of support of Sikhs like you. What will you give?

Thanks for your support! Together, we will create a lasting institution - one that secures the freedom for Sikhs to fearlessly practice their faith, the way the Gurus asked of us.

Chardi Kala!
