Sikh Coalition Releases Second Quarterly Report Card:

SFO Working with the Sikh Community

(New York, New York) August 4, 2008 - In October 2007, the United States Transportation Security  Administration (TSA) revised its screening procedures for Sikh turbans. Since then, the Sikh Coalition has been collecting reports from travelers on the ground to assess whether the policy is being correctly implemented in the country's airports.

Based on those reports, the Sikh Coalition today released its second TSA Report Card for Q2 2008. Read the report card to learn about the good news from San Francisco International Airport and find out how local airports stack up in their treatment of Sikh travelers.

And keep your reports coming! Your stories about airport screenings - good or bad - have already made a big difference. Help us keep up this work by telling us what happens every time you fly.
