Coalition Program Areas

The Sikh Coalition's administrative structure is divided into several cross functional program areas so that we are able to effectively serve the community. These programs create projects, and execute them in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in the Coalition's mission. The majority of the Coalition's work leverages the synergy between program areas to holistically address larger issues more effectively. Many of the individual objectives of the program areas involve coordinating with other aspects of the Coalition and its members. Through this structure, program areas rapidly achieve substantial tactical results while simultaneously tackling strategic initiatives. Updates from each of theses initiatives provide a brief overview of 2002 activity and highlights strategic direction for 2003-04.
