The Sikh Coalition believes that no person should be the target of discriminatory treatment by law enforcement officials. Unfortunately, Sikh Americans continue to experience racial and religious profiling, especially at American airports, because of their appearance.

Federal Legislation - End Racial Profiling Act

No person should be subjected to scrutiny by law enforcement because of their actual or perceived race, religion, ethnicity, or national origin. That is why the Sikh Coalition strongly supports the End Racial Profiling Act.
