Although Mr. Singh’s attacker was arrested the following day–nearly two months later, formal hate crime charges have yet to be filed in this case. Now, the Sikh Coalition, which has been retained by Mr. Singh to provide additional legal support, is calling on Sikh Americans and allies nationwide to take action and demand #JusticeForLakhwant.
